Please join the Master HOA Board for our fall meeting.

The annual meeting occurs on the second Tuesday of November, as defined in the bylaws.

The meeting is held in the room above the deli in the Price Chopper off of Woodland, just north of K-10.

AGENDA:

  • Discuss and approve the budget for 2020
  • Hold HOA Board member elections

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE FILL OUT A PROXY FORM SO THAT WE HAVE ENOUGH VOTES TO PROCEED WITH ELECTIONS THIS YEAR. A quorum (15%) of HOA residents is required to hold this meeting.
