Our Foxfield Village Community Pool is open for the year, and hopefully this FAQ answers some questions you may have.
- Question: What are the pool hours?
- Answer: The pool is open from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM 7 days a week.
- Question: Why won’t my pool key work?
- Answer: Your pool key may not work for a number of reasons:
- You may be using an old key. We replaced the keycard system in 2017, and this required new cards to be distributed. You can identify the new one by a large neon-colored sticker on the card that looks like this.
- Your Master Association dues may not be up-to-date (Note: your Master Association dues are separate from dues you may pay if you live in a maintenance-provided area of the neighborhood such as The Court or The Retreat).
- Your card may be defective or damaged.
- Contact Centennial Property Management Company to help resolve pool-key issues (click here for contact info).
- Question: What happens if I lose my pool key?
- Answer: You can purchase a new pool key for $25 (no charge for new residents who have not yet received a key). You can go to the Centennial office to purchase or pick up a new pool key:
