Annual Master HOA Member Meeting (Elections)

Please join the Master HOA Board for the final meeting of the year.

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE FILL OUT A PROXY FORM SO THAT WE HAVE ENOUGH VOTES TO PROCEED WITH ELECTIONS THIS YEAR. A quorum (15%) of HOA residents is required to hold this meeting. Click here to complete the proxy form electronically.

According to our bylaws, we should hold this meeting on the second Tuesday in the month of November.

This meeting will be held virtually through Zoom. A link to the Zoom meeting will be emailed to all members of the Foxfield Village Master Association and added to this event page closer to the meeting date.
