Hello Everyone,
Thank you for your patience as our management company transitions to a new billing system this year. There have been a number of questions about paying dues for next year, and I hope to clear up some of the confusion with this post.
Question: Can we split our dues payment in two has we have done in the past?
Answer: Yes. You can either pay your dues in full by the first due date, or pay half by the first due date and the remaining by the second due date.
Question: What are the payment due dates?
Answer: Although your statement says January 1st, the first payment is due by January 31st, and the second payment is due by March 31st.
Question: What are the penalties for not paying?
Answer: If your annual dues are not paid by the end of March, 2019, your account will begin to accumulate late fees.
Also, if your dues are not paid in full, your pool key will not allow you access to the pool when the pool opens for the season.
Question: Can I pay my dues online?
Answer: Yes. Centennial’s new billing system allows for online payments. Visit the Member Resources Page for more information about logging into the new Centennial web portal.
Question: I’m trying to make an online payment, but do not have the Management ID or Association ID numbers. What numbers do I use?
Answer: Use these numbers when completing an online payment:
- Management ID: 4030
- Association ID: 1102
Question: I’m having trouble making an online payment. How do I get assistance?
Answer: Back in November 2018, Jennifer from Centennial sent out an email acknowledging some issues with the payment site. She included this .pdf file to help troubleshoot if needed.
If you are unable to resolve the issue by following the directions in the .pdf document, please fill out the support request at the bottom of the Member Resources Page.
